Orders placed before 1 PM Central Time on regular business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) will typically be processed and shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed after 1 PM or on weekends and holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Please note: Out-of-stock situations may increase as the season progresses. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified via email with an estimated restocking date and the option to cancel or modify your order.

2. Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, as well as your chosen shipping method and delivery address. We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs and budget, including:

Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3-5 business days via ground service. Free shipping on orders over $50.

Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 2-3 business days via air service. Additional cost applies.

Rush Shipping: Delivered within 1-2 business days via air service. Additional cost applies.

3. International Shipping:

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, as well as your chosen shipping method and destination country. You will be responsible for any applicable import duties and taxes.

4. Delivery Timeframes:

The estimated delivery times listed above are based on business days and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

5. Tracking Your Order:

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the progress of your shipment directly on the website of the shipping carrier.

6. Signature Required:

For orders over $000, a signature will be required upon delivery. Please ensure someone will be present at the shipping address to sign for the package.

7. Shipping Address Changes:

Please note that we cannot change the shipping address once your order has been placed.

8. Damaged or Missing Items:

If you receive a damaged or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
