Castle GM Refund Policy

At Castle GM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.
1. Eligible Items:
Most items purchased from Castle GM are eligible for a full refund, within 30 days of the original purchase date. This includes unopened and unused items, as well as defective or damaged items.
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
Items that are final sale, such as clearance items and personalized products.
Items that have been opened and used.
Items that are damaged due to customer misuse or neglect.
Items that are returned without a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Refund Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Package your item securely. Please include all original packaging materials.
Attach the return label that we will provide you with.

3. Processing Time:
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. You will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
4. Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We offer a prepaid return label for a flat fee of $5. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
5. Exceptions:
We may make exceptions to our refund policy on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for a refund, please contact us.
